Jobra Educação is the brand that Jobra has chosen to define the Work developed over the last 54 years, through the dynamism of a unique education and training offer delivered by its four schools: ART´J – Performing Arts School of Jobra, ADJ- Sports Academy of Jobra, CMJ – The Conservatoire of Music of Jobra and Made In J – Arts Academy of Jobra.
Based in Branca (Albergaria-a-Velha), JOBRA has created the ideal context for an integrated and differentiated approach for teaching and learning the three following fields of Performing Arts: MUSIC, DANCE, THEATER, MUSIC PRODUCTION and CINEMA PRODUCTION as well as SPORT.

About 950 learners are currently enrolled at JOBRA, many of them coming from various regions of Portugal, including the Madeira and Azores islands!
Jobra is currently looking for an International Mobility project manager to join its team. It’s an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting project that will take you across borders. A career opportunity!

The main responsibilities will be as follows:
– Promote the Jobra Educação Internationalization Model in accordance with the guidelines and Internal Policies;
– Prospect partner entities in the various markets of interest;
– Conceive, implement and monitor the Erasmus + Program, in its various typologies;
– Participate in the creation, execution and promotion of new international projects.

Requirements:
– Higher education qualifications in Management, Economics, Public Relations, International Relations, Sociology, European Studies or relevant area;
– Consolidated professional experience in the design and implementation of the Erasmus+ Program in Key Action 1 and Key Action 2 projects and others;
– Experience in establishing partnerships with various European entities with a special focus on High Schools and/or Higher Education, preferably in the Performing Arts sector;
– Mastery of computer tools from the user’s perspective (namely Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, ChatGPT);
– Verbal and written command of the English language (eliminatory) and others will be an asset;
– Softskills: high sense of responsibility and autonomy, initiative, creativity, management skills, high commercial aptitude, ability to work under stress, ease of intercultural relationships, resilience;
– Experience in designing/organizing activities/events – preferred factor;
– Experience in participating in national/international training/education projects – preferred factor;
– Have resided even temporarily in another country – preferential factor;
